1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between sbaji and its users. By using the sbaji.ws website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Age Restriction

Registration Terms

3. Account Management

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets on sbaji are accepted based on real-time odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — only sbaji may void a bet under specific circumstances.

Odds & Payouts

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time.
• Payouts will be calculated based on the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, sbaji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with sbaji's policy.

Live Betting

Odds in in-play or Live Betting change rapidly. Due to network latency, some live bets may not be accepted — this is an inherent technical limitation of sbaji and no compensation will be provided in such cases.

Maximum Bet Limit

Each market has a maximum betting limit, which varies by event and market. Bets exceeding this limit will not be accepted. sbaji reserves the right to set individual betting limits in specific circumstances.

5. Payments & Transactions

Deposit

Sbaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are generally instant — though in some cases it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdraw

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed for verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

• Bonus Abuse — Exploiting loopholes or weaknesses in the bonus system.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for money laundering.
• Match Fixing — Betting on fixed or predetermined events.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks — Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Fraud — Attempting to gain an advantage through false information.
• Automated Betting Software to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Responsible Betting

• Providing false information or suspected fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the direction of legal authorities.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to review all complaints within 48 hours.
